Who is responsible

The publisher of the site, described in the legal notice. For any question about your data: contact@kamori.games.

What the games store on your device

So that you can pick up where you left off, each game keeps your progress, coins, settings and language in your browser (local storage). The site also keeps a copy of its pages so you can play offline. All of this stays on your device and is not sent to us.

To erase everything, delete the site’s data in your browser settings. Note that your progress will be lost.

What we don’t do

  • No accounts, no collection of names, emails or phone numbers.
  • No audience measurement by another company: our statistics stay with us.
  • We never sell data.

Our visit statistics

To learn which games people enjoy and improve them, the site anonymously counts: the pages opened, the time spent on each game, the ads shown, watched to the end or tapped, whether full screen could open, the website you came from (for example TikTok) and the type of device (phone or computer, system).

To recognise a returning device, your browser keeps a random number, renewed every 13 months. We record neither your name, nor your IP address, nor anything that could tell us who you are. These statistics stay with us, are used for nothing else, are never sold or shared, and are deleted after 25 months. As the CNIL (the French data protection authority) allows for this kind of measurement, they don’t require prior consent, but you can opt out at any time:

Ads (Google AdSense)

The games are free thanks to ads, which Google will soon show. They are not in place yet: no advertising cookie is set and nothing is sent to Google. When they are, a window will ask for your consent before any advertising cookie, and this page will be updated.

Until Google ads are in place, and whenever Google has none to offer, we show our own ads: our other games, and two services from the publisher, Sponta (unsolicited job applications) and xavatar.io (avatar maker). They set no cookies and send nothing to those sites, unless you tap their button, which takes you there.

Rewarded ads (🎬 button, for example to double your coins) only start if you ask for them.

Google is responsible for its own processing. Learn more: how Google uses information from sites that use its services and how Google uses advertising cookies. You can also adjust your ad preferences in My Ad Center.

Hosting

As with any website, our server, rented from IONOS SARL, receives your IP address and technical information (browser, pages requested) to deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks. These technical logs are deleted after 14 days.

Data processed outside the European Union

The site and its statistics are hosted in the European Union. When Google ads are shown, Google may process data in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

If you are under 15

Our games are open to everyone. If you are under 15, ask a parent before accepting personalised ads.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its use. Our statistics are anonymous: we cannot link them to you. The simplest way is to delete the site’s data in your browser, opt out of statistics (above) and set your ad choices. For any request, write to us; if you think your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority) or your local authority.

Changes

If this page changes (for example if we start counting something new), the date at the top will be updated.
